Reiki

$35+ —During a Reiki session, I will guide vital life force energy throughout the body to aid in relaxation, stress reduction, and the clearing of energetic and emotional blockages to promote healing. 

Distant reiki

$25+ — During a Distant Reiki session, I will guide vital life force energy throughout the body via a surrogate or picture to aid in relaxation, stress reduction, and the clearing of energetic and emotional blockages to promote healing.

Sound therapy healing

$30+ — Vibrational healing therapy will use tools such as chanting, singing, tibetan singing bowls, etc to trigger healing responses in brainwaves and overall mood. Great for throat chakra imbalances.

self care plan of action

$30 — Together we will curate a plan that fits your lifestyle to start implementing better self care practices. This will be personalized based on characteristics specific to you and your imbalances, which will be determined with a Chakra Imbalance Reading.
Plan will include tasks, plan of action, and calendar if desired.
